Senior Public Relations Executive
Topline PR is looking for a talented and career oriented Senior PR Account Executive to work on a mix of exciting consumer and B2B accounts in Karachi.
Responsibilities
- A strategic media hound, consistently driving excellent, thoughtful coverage for our clients in top tier outlets.
- A strong and passionate mentor, always taking the time to work with junior staff to identify opportunities, formulate story ideas, provide guidance on assigned content, and generally foster their growth and development
- An excellent project manager – from core media relations programs, to customer speaking and awards programs, to running point for clients at highly visible tech conferences
- Confident and magnetic, demonstrating strong presence in calls, meetings and new business pitches
- Organized and dependable – the “right hand” to our Account Supervisors
- Creative and visionary, always looking for the next industry trend or proactive pitch opportunity
- A talented writer who love to create compelling content that truly reflects clients’ voice and messaging, and reaches the right audience
- A strategic planner, always looking to contribute high-impact elements to plans and programs.
- A lover of data – leading the charge to compile quarterly and semi-annual reports that showcase the true impact of our work on client programs
- A dynamic PR practitioner who understand the value of an integrated approach and can present our vision to clients and prospects
- Highly motivated and looking for a home that provides long-term growth opportunity.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, IR or Media Science.
- 2+ years of PR experience across B2B or B2B2C
- Experience developing plans and programs including new product launches and product positioning
- Comfortable with media training, messaging and pitching stories, while ensuring flawless tactical execution of program elements
- A proven ability to manage, develop and grow client relationships as the day-to-day account lead, including budget responsibility
- Strong content creations experience and proven skills
- Digitally savvy and able to think on his/her feet.
- Solid experience using and managing social media channels on behalf of clients
- Experience and confidence to provide both traditional and digital/social media recommendations to clients
- Dynamic presentation skills, including the experience developing and presenting new business proposals
- Proven success managing, mentoring and developing junior staff
